More patient comments: “Yes he is nice, although a little on the quiet side at first and it takes a while to get to know him.Costs- well the Chicago tests are £780 for a comprehensive panel (about the going rate for these tests) a consultation is £100 and a folllow up £70, standard IVF is £2000 + drugs and blood tests. The drugs are expensive, but you can't get away from that, Mr Gorgy will give you a prescription and I shopped around for the best price I could. There is not usually much of a waiting list. Yes, Mr Gorgy is knowledge about immune issues and certainly has got me further than anyone else so far. One of the best things about being treated about Mr Gorgy is that compared to drs at other clinics I have found him very accessible, you can speak to him on the phone (although sometimes you might have to chase!)”

They've obviously collaborated in some way, and I think they both opt for Prednisolone as treatment rather than IVIG”..” I'm not sure what the Dr will prescribe if any of my other tests come back +ve, but I think he said Heparin. He has already scheduled an endometrial biopsy for me on 1st Dec. before the instruction from Beer Centre. If your own local doctor is willing to help with the blood taking you could pack and Fedex them yourself. Lots of ladies in the UK have done their blood test this way. CARE Nottingham Mandy mentioned has good reputation, threfore, there is a 12-week waiting for a consultation, you also need your own doctor's referral. As Mandy said there are a few choices, it is a personal choice. I choose Trevor Wing to do the immune test for now is because he is only half hour
driving away.”
